I hope you love your purchase! If you’re not happy with your items, I’m happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Please note: Stickers, post cards, and greeting cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Prints may not be opened.

• Items must be free of any odors, stains, or signs of wear.

• Final Sale Items: Custom-made products, personalized goods, and items purchased from the “clearance” section cannot be returned or exchanged.

To start a return:

• Email me at bivonaphotography@gmail.com including your order number and reason for return.

• I will email you a prepaid return shipping label.

• Pack your items securely, attach the label, and drop the package off at any USPS location.

Refunds and shipping fees:

• For store credit or exchanges: Return shipping is 100% free

• For refunds to original payment: A shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover the return postage.

• Please allow for 5-10 business days for me to process your return once it arrives. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to clear back onto your card statement.
